Sir,
I paid excess tax amount in GSTR-3B and did not submit GSTR-1 yet. Please suggest how I can manage excess paid tax?

if you wrongly filed 3B then correct or adjust in next month 3B return. Also file GSTR1 with correct detail with respective months.
