Excess Period of Articleship

No Doubt u can serve this under another CA. But Pl take the following into Consideration

1. Another CA is ready to take u

2. for this excess leave u have availed have u received stipend from ur principal

3. U have to enter into fresh articles deed and file fresh form 102 for continuing with another CA.

4. Is ur principal happy with u leaving. Remember that if he had not given u the leave u r in excess now, u (and he!!) would'nt be in this position now. May be assumed that u would serve any excess with him and be of use to him.

5. Finally one word to all CA students doing articleship - Pl avoid taking excess leave if u do honor ur unwritten committment to serve whatever excess u have availed.

yeah u can , but u must have break in the training and can do training under  another ca.IF u continue ur article training without any break than u have to contniue with current CA.

Sir I respect your thoughts. But what I have went through during my articleship was a trauma and my excess leave is the result of that trauma only. I also dont want to do this. But I have no option. My boss cannot change himself ofcourse so it's better I should move on in life. May be it is my weakness but I cannot tolerate more than this.

Don't sign the supplementary deeds under him (107), after sending of completion form (108), wait for the confirmation to come and join another CA using form 102 & 103.
