excess period
I hv taken the transfer from old firm on 25 may 2016 and there is an excess leave of 25 days which is also stated by re-registration letter under new principal. If i will not take a single leave in rest period of articleship . So these excess 25 leaves can be set off or my articleship period will extend by 25 days.

There is no adjustment of Excess leaves with balance leaves
ICAI allows leaves on a proportional Days basis
For calculating 2.5 years of your articleship for CA Final attempt these excess 25 days will also be counted.
