I am about to complete my articleship in June 12. But still i have to serve excess leave period of around 65 days. My query is do i have to fill & submit form No. 102/ 103 for excess leave period? Pls guide me?

Manoj i think so if your leave are not in record of the institute ,you dont need to fill any form. It can be done by mutual agreement between you and your principal.

However, for serving the excess leave period availed, you need to fill Form 107 (https://220.227.161.86/7510form%20107_std.pdf)
