Hi my articleship completion due date is 1st January 2011. but i have taken total leave of 290 days and have leave credit of 48 days which leaves me with excess leave of 62days. however we are not given credit for excess hours worked in my tenure of articleship i have totally worked 6,552 hrs. now my partner has asked me to serve the excess leave elsewhere. i request you to kindly tell me what all forms i have to fill.
And my firm used to pay stipend more than minimum prescribed as per ICAI in such case can i still claim the excess of 35hrs worked for credit.
