it can be recoverd before saving

because if you delete sheet then close the file and don't save that

old file will be there

but if you have saved that and close then I don't think it can be recovered

you got to check if you have older version available from backup or you can try wid data recovery software to recover older versions.. cahnces are ver thin!!

see if auto save option is there,,it will saves some back up files automatically

just search intotal computer through search engine

other wise you can forget that work again
