IS it possible to work on same Excel 2002 File Simultaneously on two different computer through LAN.

yes it is possible, but there will be some difficulty firstly you will have to give the sharing permissions later you will have to ensure both are not saving the file at the same time. As its a simple document the information may be lost its better to give read only permission to others and then one person can make any modification.
