it was all intrastate supply and job work sent with separate delivery challans less than 50,000.

Invoice value was more that 50,000 after final billing but

distance was also less than 50 km.

please advise.

as per the state of not required e way bill less than 50k then no need worry about this.

E way bill required at the time of movement of goods. not for only raise invoice.

If You are raising invoices after delivery of goods then e way bill not required...

So, be cool...


Note: E way bill must at the time of movement of goods and values exceeds.
No need e way bill if only invoice...

E way bill cannot be issued fir back dated invoice .
but there are exceptions.

What are exception ??

An e-way bill has to be made before the movement of goods by road. That is to say, the time of generation of the E-Way bill is not linked to the invoice date. Thus, the E-way bill can be generated after the invoice date. 

so try it and see what happens because gstr1 is assessed from eway bills after import it seems. If something wrong, cancel it
