Dear Experts
My client had not filed Feb and March GSTR and his GSTN got cancelled (suo-moto) now due to some reason they are not revoking cancellation giving the reason of link to reinstate the same.
Is there any way out except to generate with URN .

You cannot generate an E-way bill while your GSTIN is cancelled suo-moto because your status is inactive. You must file Form REG-21 for the revocation of your cancellation after clearing all pending returns and dues. Once your registration is restored (via Form REG-22), your access to the E-way bill system will be automatically reactivated.
