Eway bill for machine hire

Hi 

We need to move newly bought JCB from Tamil Nadu to a construction site in Andhrapradesh . We will be providing it on hire basis . Receipient and we are also unregistered in Andhrapradesh.  We are registered only in Tamil Nadu .

CanI generate eway bill by delivery challan with zero gst under Job work category with bill and dispatch to as URP ?

InHSN code for lease or machine to mentioned ?

Machine capital value or hiring charge value to be mentioned in amount ?
