Whether E-way bill required to be generated if goods are not transported and sales are transacted between two parties?

For e.g., if Mr. A stored goods at place and sale it to Mr.B without transporting it and remain stored on same place.

Better to prepare e-way bill if it's sale proceeds.

e way bill is generated in case of movement of goods but in your case there is no movement so only tax invoice shall be generated and no e way bill

Not at the same place but as place got two divisions and both parties registered in each divisions.

A Tax Invoice generated based on Supply of Good or Service. As per query here goods supplied.

Without goods we can't raise invoice. Also the transactions between two parties. not between three parties.



Understand the goods and Service bills and it's movements...

Okay...I have one more query regarding this is that is there any exemption regarding e-way bill in respect of distance like upto that distance there is no requirement to generate e-way bill?
