Buyer GSTIN (Andra pradesh)

Seller GSTIN (Tamilnadu)

But we delivered the goods in Tamilnadu within 20 radius km (within the State) in this case Eway bill applicable or not can anyone explain plz

Are you making intra state outwards supplies in Tamil nadu. If yes, then eway bill required if sale value exceeds 1lakh and in motorized vehicle.

If intra state outward supplies in Tamil nadu, then no eway bill required as your sales value is 80000.

If intra state outward supplies in delhi is there applicable eway bill mandate  or not as your sales value is 80000.

Yes you have generate e-way bill if excceed sale value 50000 out of state.
