we are dealing in solar water pumping system. if suppose we received order from government department for supply , installation & commissioning of solar water pumping system to to different places . we have to send material part part by for installation purpose in that some material is of 18% , 12%& 5% . firstly we have to send module mounting structure which comes under 18% slab, then solar pump , panel & assesories . after the completion system is installed . we have raise invoice to the department which hsn code is 85, which comes under 5% slab. so how we have generate eway bill part part material send to sites

i agree wth the answer but if i send solar structure whose taxation rate is 18% but while making invoice of complete solar system its 5% GST. So should i create e way bill givein solar HSN code 85 for solar structure

Yes, You Generate E-Way Bill on The Basis of 85 HSN Code
Because You have not sale Individual part to Client
You have sale Complete Solar System
MAKE A DELIVERY CHALLAN ACCORDING TO THE BILL YOU HAVE TO RAISE BY CHARGING 5% USING HSN 85 (AS THE CONSIGNMENT VALUE IS COMPUTED AS PER SECTION 15CGST ACT)
