Dear All members,

Hi i have an proposition related to ICAI's student code of conduct rule.

Whether an article student can become a Director of a pvt ltd co?

Provide me with  possibility for each category of director ie MD,Executive Director,CEO ,Non executive director

An article can become a dormant (inactive) director in family business company.
