HI All,
I need clarification on whether ESOP can be given to a person who is engaged in a private limited company under contract. What is the guidelines to be followed if he is a non resident and under 1099 contract?

Only permenant employee , having fulfilled his specific tenure of service as prescribed is eligible for ESOP
