Iam raju from bangalore karnataka .I need clarification for medical benefits for ip dependts ( father). .If the father is retaired under state undertaking govt retired person is eligible for esic dependts medical benefits?.and also his pension is less than 1500/-

Can we upload him to esic ip holder dependts?

Please clarify the same.

Esi applicability and limits are same for any employees. Generally ESI Laws are applicable on employees receiving a salary less than or equal to Rs. 15,000 in establishments which employ more than 10 persons. For the purpose of getting ourselves registered with the ESI Department, we will need to get a form filled up from all employees covered under this scheme.
