Error while resubmitting SPICE form (Incorporation of a Pvt. Lt. Company)

Please help !

I have been trying to resubmit SPICE Form since 02/06/2022 the last date is 07/06/2022 I have already tried MCA Help desk, Ticket raise and emailing to CRC and Helpdesk but haven't received any solution yet. How to rectify the errors as mentioned below:

1. dsc is not attached against the PAN no.1 in Form INC-09

2. dsc is not attached against the PAN no.2 in Form INC-09

3. Details of directors entered in SPICE AGile form does not match with the details entered in SPICE form.

4. PAN/PAss number in spice agile form does not match with the PAN/PAss no. entered in spice form.

I also have attached the errors' screenshots herewith. Your responses will be greatly appreciated.
