Company X incorporated in US has its software development company Y in India (in a SEZ). A telecommunication provider based in India raises invoice in the name of Company Y in USD but addressed to Company X. Please advise if Company Y can pay this invoice.

you can pay this and whoever is the ultimate service recipient shall book this as expenditure in their books
