Error in gstr1

I have uploaded json file of GSTR1 from offline tool being more than 500 billls and message as per error report was three bills have duplicate numbers though the data was geneted by tally. Now I have tried to update the correct data but the figure stored at GST portal is not being updated and considering those bills twice.emails to GSTIN is not being answered. Any one has any Idea as how the data uploaded on the portal can be edited. Data not yet submitted.
