Error in gst registration

Dear Experts,

I am registering voluntarily under GST Act, 2017. However I am getting below error since last 5 days while uploading one of the document on GST Portal:

Errors encountered while uploading the file.

I have tried the same with different web browsers and during different time of the day and with different systems. However, the error remains the same. Herewith attaching the screen shot of the same for your reference.

I would be very grateful to you if you can help me with the same as soon as possible as this registration would get expired on 20th Oct, 2017.

try using different name of file and also reduce size of file

Dear Harsh Sir,

I am trying to upload rent agreement of around 1.2 MB. The maximum permissible limit as you can see from the attachment I have attached with the original question is of 2MB. Therefore my file size is much below the maximum.

And Sir, I have also tried with another file of around 50 KB just to know whether there is error in my PDF of rent agreement or not. But this file of 50 KB also could not get uploaded due to same error.

try rent agreement size of 700 kb this will be uploaded successfully

Dear Harsh SIr,

Now I am on the last stage of verification of the registration application, however I am not able to digitally sign the application. I am encontering the below error in each of the browser and each of the computer in which I have tried the same. Below is the error content:

"Unable to connect to the installed EMSigner. Please close any other application running on following ports 1585, 2095, 2568, 2868, 4587 and restart your system, and try again."
