Equity Shares transferred from IEPF to Demat Account

In Nov 2023, 250 equity shares of ICICI Bank transferred from IEPF account to my Demat Account.  NO cash transaction only the equity shares transfered.  The market value at that time Rs.2.30 Lakhs was shown in the AIS as Off-market Credit Transactions SFT-17-LEAS(OC).  Nature of Transfer:  "Refund of securities by IEPF Authority".  Do I need to show this in my Income Tax REturn?  Is it taxable?   If so, how do I show this transaction?   Your guidance is solicited.
