Dear Sir,

My query relates to EPCG LICENCE redeption,

Refer to one of our EPCG licence ,Exports exceeds by INR 45 lacs more than required for completing obligation of said licence.Is it possible that we can utilize that excess amt for our other EPCG licence to fulfill obligation.

Pl confirm on priority as i need to proceed for redemption of licences accordingly.

no you cannot. license no in shipping bills doesnt match in your case

however, if two licenses are submitting for redemption at the same time and the export products are same as mentioned in the license., you can make a request along with % wise comparative statement of excess / short of those two licenses.
