Noted at the time of issuance the Authorisation / Licence the export itemmentioned .it seems that you mentioned wrong item of export in your licence.

if yes, copy of shipping bill as well as original licence and Request letter submit in the Concerned RJDGFT office.

Sir, I have a similar problem. We made a mistake in choosing the Port of Registration. We have wrongly choosen "Bangalore(INBLR5)" instead of the correct code "Bangalore Air Cargo (INBLR4).

The import shipment has already arrived, but because of this mistake, we are unable to register the EPCG License with Customs.

Request you to suggest the procedure for getting the "Port of Registration" amended.
