Ours is a hotel industry and we want to import equipment under EPCG License. What is the procedure to obtain the EPCG license? What are the forms to be filed? Should these to be filed on line or submitted manually at DGFT? Can the import LC be opened only after getting EPCG license or can we open it before getting the license? Is bank guaranty required to be given to DGFT?
