Dear Sir,
We have imported capital goods under EPCG licence with @ 3% concessional duty with a export obligation in 8 years time as per the below schedule. We have availed the duty on 28/10/2008.

| Block of 3rd and 4th year | 15% |
| Block of 5th and 6th year | 35% |
| Block of 7th and 8th year | 50% |
What is the last date of obligation for Block of 3rd and 4th year. Is it from the date of availement duty or 1st day of the financial year - (1st day of April 2012). Please confirm.........
