Epcg export obligation

A company provides logistics services has imported certain capital goods under EPCG scheme, wants to fulfill its export obligation. How can export obligation be fulfilled?

Can the company providing Logistics services within India (using those imported capital goods) to a company that exports certain goods outside India or supplies them to EOU/STP/EHTP/BTP (para 8.2 of FTP 2009-14), fulfill the export obligation?

Under EPCG scheme, you need to pay concessional rate @ 3% duty and obligation should be fulfilled as per the EPCG licence issued by DGFT. Transactions of Exports and Deemed exports are countable for fulfilment of EPCG obligation.
