Enquiry for form no 112

Yes, form 112 required to submit along with your articleship form 103. No fee ll be a payable if it filed with in 30 days from the date of articleship. Otherwise,(i) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period Rs. 100/-(ii) Delay between 31 days - 180 days Rs. 300/- (iii) Delay beyond 181 days Rs. 1,000/-.

bt my date of commencemnt or artclshp is 01-03-2014. and d stamping date is of 11-04-2014

is this valid?? i mean can there be a gap of more than 30 days btwn commncmnt and stamping... 

Commencement should be from 11.04.2014 i.e. from the date of signing the agreement of articleship.

Can i jst get d prospectus of college be attested from my employer.. coz timings are nt clashing.. 

n college principal wont attest my form.. employer's attestated prospectus would work???

i m going today to submit the form today hope there is no discrepancy in it

i lost the identity card which was provided with form 103. i havnt registered yet..  tmrw is the last date.. what to do now???

wont they accept my form??? plss rplyy...

Sorry Manisha i gues tomorrow will be Holiday due to last working day, but you must go to the institute to check

I am not 100% sure but Identity card is must

Now your situation is that you dont have the admit card as you lost it, its better that you should purchase another form and take the identity card fill all the details with stamp and seal on it.

also bring minimum two copies to the institute one will be retained by icai and on the other copy you will receive the acknowledgement,

make a dd of 2000 if you have not paid at the time of ipcc
 

i called in intitute.. they said.. purchase new form and use dat id card with d old one form.

yeah thats what i am saying, submit it ASAP
