I have lost touch from the applicable rates of customs. please help me and tell me the custom rates applicable on tariff code no. 90 i.e. master clock. and the applicabilty of cvd and any other duty if applicable. plesae reply as soon as possible

Applicable duty on clock ( electrically or batterty operated ) is 24.421% with break of 10+8+3+3+4. i would like to tell you that 90 is not tariif code its CH. Though clocks cover under CH 91 and HS code is 91051900.
