Can I pursue L.L.B Course...??

I am a Commerce Graduate [B.COM]. I appeared and passed the T.Y.BCOM held in March 08 [latest] from the Mumbai University

I would like to know:

Can i pursue L.L.B.

Is L.L.B a recognised course when done with C.A i.e. can one use or practice both C.A and L.L.B simultaneously

It will be very helpful if anyone can provide me the negtive list of other courses which cannot be undertaken with CA
which is laid down by the ICAI...

An early reply would be highly appreciated as the admissions are already in progres

Thank You!!

hi

i am a PCC student. it was one of my article mate's friend, he was quoted in form 112,  that he is doing Law as well as CA. he is in final stage. now the board has called him questioned whether you attend articleship or went to classes. he said i didn't attend clases, covered full articleship. now the Board is asking to bring a certificate u never went to classes. the case is now in Delhi(now he is in chennai) he has to go delhi for further clarification.

it is a rule you are not supposed to do any work apart from articleship. this time should not clash with other works. i.e. 11 to 5. ( see our institute website icai.org )

such stupid rule

for not pursuing additional course

every student should fill form 112 before joining any additional course
