Please tel me which form to be filed for enhancement of Authorized Capital of a company with ROC and what is the charges for it..?

1. Form 5 for increase in auhtorised capital. If the cluase in Articles of Association is also to be changed then Form 23 also for Special Resolution.
2. Stamp duty will be charged for increase in authorised capital.
3. Fees on memorandum and stamp duty will be paid online.
ROC fees for filing Form 5 depends on the amount of Capital to be increased. The same can be checked through
