I am facing a problem that i am cleared my ca final exam in may 2015 & send the form 2 for registation as a member. I have also done b.com & m.com as a private student which do not invovles attendence of any class but i do not take prior permission for the same from institute. Now as per mail of institute first submit form 112 thereafter ther alot membership number & the problem is that my employer refuses to sign form 112. What can i do in this situation?

Reason for not signing.? It should be done. There is no reason for rejecting it if you did your article ship as per the given timings. Request him to do that again.
You can ask on esaahaytaa. Hope they give an alternate solution to it.
