Hi,

I would be grateful if anybody could suggest me, what should I do, if my employer (a MNC) is not willing to become Corporate member of NPS, to allow its employees to make volutrany contribution (out of their Salary) to NPS via Employer, thereby giving option for deduction of Taxable Income under Sec 80CCD(2) as tax benefit.

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards,

Himanshu

Under Section 80CCD(1B) , employee can get Additional exemption up to Rs 50,000, which is eligible for income tax deduction.
