Employer Gifts to employees

Hi, Want to know if Employer is running a Contest and in the process keepa the prices which are worth more than 25 and goes upto 75 K.. but they don't give Cash... The Employer gives TV, Music Systems worth the value mention.
Does the Employer need to Charge any Tax or perquisite tax on the TV or Music System which are worth Inr.25 to 75k.
Appreciate if you can share a response with relevant Section no.
