Email from IT - Information u/s 133(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961

Received Email from IT for ''Calling for information u/s 133(6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961'' asking to respond within 7 days by post or through authorised Representative. The said notice is not available online on IT portal on my page..

Being NRI, it would have been easier to provide response through IT portal.

Is there any way to communicate to IT and request to allow the response to be filed through IT portal.
