Hello,
I m a CA final student serving last 11 months of articleship...During my 2 years of articleship period already served, I have taken total 172 days of leave(whereas actually allowable is 107 days).So excess leave amounting to 65 days..
My question is am I eligible for industrial training?
& if answer is yes..Can you tell me in form NO 108..in d column of balance period to be served..how many months are to b shown & how excess leave to be dealt with?
