Ego in the work place

I want to know your views on this

be sielent and do your job. Do not be a part of this. Your Identity at your workplace is your work so do not effect your work due to ego or jealousy, and one more thing never complaint to your seniors of others. I think this is the better way to fight this

I do not know some how; if some one climbing a ladder means they pull him down from the behind. How is this possible in the present; you can accept the direct competition if it comes from front door. Further, the environment goes on like this he feels depressed and completely he will be finished. A very good work enviroment should be created in the work place. How to do that as we are professionals should be dealing in all the area like managing the people in his department, managing the money etc.. Going forward, there should be a freindly nature in a work place. However, if you creat a friendly nature you may find difficult in managing the people. Again, if you do'nt create a friendly nature you will held up in managing the people. How to get rid off!

Yes I agree with you. In corporate sector these type of act is a common thing. You have to maintain a gap between you and your juniors. and also motivate them for follow you. Other peoples at work place are mostly fustrated peoples who does not get enough in their life and now they feel jealous from other capable workers. As per my experiance you have to talk with them directly. Above all if you constrate your job/work you can easily rid off from this. Do not forget that You are better from them thats why they feel jealousy from you.
