Can anybody tell me for shifting the registered office of the company to another place outside the local limits of city, town or village, where it is presently situated, passing of resolution in EGM and Explanatory Statement.

for shifting of registered office outside the local limits of a city has to be apporved in EGM through Special Resolution.
Attaching herewith the notice and explanatory statement. The reasons mentioned in explanatory statement may differ from company to company. you can write the reasons for which the shifting is taking place.
