Efiling of return on current address

e filing with any address will route the communication to pan database address, so if you want to change your address then change your address in pan, 

for filing your return with any address , the address will get auto corrected at pan database address

Q1 Can we e file the return with current  address which is not in match with the address given in PAN application????? The current address is not permanent and so getting it changed in PAN data would be unnecessary....

Solution: Efiling can be done with current address. No need to change the PAN data as mentioned by you that the current address is not permanent.

From FY 2010-11, i.e, AY 2011-12, if there is any refund, then it is now sent to the address mentioned in the ITR .

Q2 Besides i would also like to know if we can revise the return if the wrong address has been mentioned in the original return filed. If yes, then whether its mandatory to send the acknowledgement of the original return???????  

Solution: Yes you can revise the return, if required, else ignore it.

Yes it is mandatory to send the ack of original return to CPC, b'coz unless u get the ack from CPC , u'r filing is not complete. So send the ack of original return & later the ack of revised return also.
