hello everyone,
I want to know the effect of judicial decion of HC OR SC over assessment orders, finding no concrete view point over this.
suppose if some has been diallowed anyexpenditure by issuing order, whether there will be any remedy for him on later in his favour if a similar case decided in that particular matter for other assessee in different city of india.
what he has to do or it will be auto rectified by the department once the case come.
is there any time limit to give effect to this.
