i am spending 82000 for my daughter who is doing a professional course.
can i claim educational fees exemption and if so how much.

If it is from a recognised institution you can claim the tuition fee alone u/s 80c.

You can claim full amount of only tuition fee paid if professional course is full time

If it's paid as Tuition Fee then You can claim under 80C...
