Education cess & secondary higher education cess is it applicable on service tax?

From Novmber 2015 it is now not exist.
Only 14% Service tax + 0.50% Swach Bharat Tax comes to 14.50% Service tax.
Then what about krishi cess (.5%)

Krishi Klayan cess is not yet levied. As of now only Swachh Bharath Cess is applicable
It will be applicable from 1st june 2016
after which service tax 15% shall be levied

Krishi Kalyan cess applicable from 1st june 2016
Upto 31st may 2016, service tax rate
Service tax-14%
Swacch bharat cess-.5%
So total 14.5%
From 1st June rate 15% which includes krishi kalyan cess of. 5%
