the liability is still showing in my liability regiater even though I have made the payment for july and August .
Can I edit the gstr 3b since I have not filled the ITC in the gstr 3b while filing it initially can some one please guide me.

you fill the correct itc and offset the liability under payment colutboth in cash and itc correctly and file

You will not be able to edit gstr 3b after submitting. You have to make payment by cash
