sir I wrongly submit above 1.5 crore monthly return how how can edit in 2019-20 in portal no edit mode

There is no provision to change the filing of GSTR1 from monthly to Quarterly. You have to continue filing monthly GSTR1 for the FY 19-20.
the option is editable.....
but sir no edit option
