Sir the dealer is in holding of GST number and take the contract work of municipal corporation and the said deptt made the payment to the dealer without GST, because the reason the municipal corporation say that this work was not allot this work under the gst act.Sir I want to know that can the dealer is liable to pay the GST on above said. work Thanks

In my view, If it is pure service and provided to municipality directly for its function under article 243w of the constitution then it is exempted.

Sir the dealer made the services as small drain work comes under M.C. th JCB and no laboure is required.
Lot of rates on services are dependent on numerous conditions. Better to take proper professional opinion. In public forums neither you will be able to tell everything completely nor the person answering will be able to understand correctly.
