I have worked in a company in Kerala with a policy of 12 days EL after completing 1 year of continuous service.Its given in leave policy that employees will be gaining earned leave on pro Rata basis.I joined the company on 20th September 2016 and releived on 14th march 2018.May I know for how many days earned leave i am eligible to encash.
