Dear,

I want to know about E1 sales, if there is more than two state than e1 sales possible.

Ex. A is in gujarat

B is in maharastra

C is in rajsthan

A purchase from B.

C purchase from A.

Goods movment direct B to C then is it possible E1 transection

1. Yes, definately.

a. B will issue his C form to A

b. B will get E 1 form from A

c. B will issue his sales bills to C inlcuding CST( No seprate CST to be charged)

d. C will issue C form to B

provided all the parties are competent to issue C form

But tell me one thing sir in this, Can C avail the CENVAT charged by the A on the basis of transporter's invoice ?
