We have procured gas with cylinders. Now after using the Gas we are sending back the empty cilyenders to the supplier for refilling.
Do we have to genrate e_waybill while sending the empty cylinders to the supplier?

Empty containers do not come under the provisions of an E-way Bill.
Yes , definitely if the value of empty cylinder exceeds 50k, u have generate eway bill on delivery challan
