I purchased goods from inter state and value of goods 1,00,000 Rs/ and goods received from courier agency.
whether it is mandatory to generate E-way bill for above purchases of goods.

E way bill is required to be issued by the seller to buyer. Since you are buyer you are not suppose to generate e way bill
If buyer(receipient) is registered under GST, he may also generate e-waybill under select "Inward" option.
But if courier is from motor vehicle then e way bill is not mandatory
seller goods sales is to inter state. But goods delivered to courier agency thru.E-way bill generate mandatory to seller???

Yes even though its being handed over to Courier Agency the Eway is mandatory if its being moved via motorised Conveyance . The seller / Supplier has to fill part A & Transport ID of Courier services in eway bill & can send the Goods to courier agency, the Courier agency is liable fill part B of eway bill by Giving the Vehicle No. therein
