We are in to a business of Props Renting for TVC, Serial, Web Series, Movies etc.
This props includes Furniture, Lights and other things which is used for shooting.
Shooting mainly happens with in Mumbai and some times out of Mumbai.
From our place props are being picked and dropped after shooting is over.
Over all our business of Renting or Hire. We are not trading our properties.
Will still E Way bill still applicable in our case.

Consignment value is not finalised at the time of movment of material. We call it as deal amount.. Maximum time deal amount is not finalised.

The rent charged represents the value of service portion whereas E-way bill is to be generated for the value of goods for which movement is to be undertaken.
Hence, in such cases, the value to be considered should be of the goods not the rental charges charged by the supplier of services.
YES , MR DEEPAK IS CORRECT,... EWAY IS GENERATED ON GOODS (HSN) NOT ON SERVICE (SAC). & IN YOUR CASE THE VALUE OF CAPITAL GOODS WILL BE AS PER BOOKS
