E way bill

ssupplier have to generate e- way bill , but the same can be done by recepient also.

in ur case igst is applicable

both view are different  ? any one sugget me again ?

there are no need to generate  of e way bill if both are registered in same state ( present cinerio )

if seller generate e way bill as per ur opinion then IGST tax intiate ( coz if sale are done intra state )

state code are same

only place of supply are differ state 

seller are not responsible for moovment of goods he sold goods at his door step
